Cancellations

 

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Using a Promotional Code

 

From time to time New Zealand Mint Jewellery has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Check Out page (found after you have entered your shipping address details) and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.

Order Status

 

You may check the status of your order by logging into your nzmint.com account.

You cannot check your order's status unless you have an online account. This area is exclusive for registered New Zealand Mint members only. Once you are logged in, you can update your member details and keep track of your order. If you haven’t registered simply sign up here.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.

GST and Sales Tax

 

Please note that GST and tax calculations are based on the county locations of the shipping address on your order.

Duties, Taxes and Customs Clearances

 

You may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearances levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the price. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions and fees prior to placing your order.  New Zealand Mint is not liable for any charges once the item reaches your destination. 

Returns

 

If you wish to return faulty or damaged Product, New Zealand Mint will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:

The product was purchased online through our Website.

The Product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.

You must notify New Zealand Mint Jewellery including the reason for the requested return by email sales@nzmint.com or please call New Zealand Mint directly prior to sending the product/s back.

Refusal of Delivery

 

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges and taxes that we pay to have the item returned to us will also be deducted.

Processing Times

 

Standard New Zealand wide orders are processed within 48 hours of us receiving them. We require that your order is signed for on delivery; if no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will alternatively leave a calling card or the package at your specified delivery location. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

For overseas shipping allow up to 1 week.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

 

In the unlikely event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact New Zealand Mint Jewellery by emailing sales@nzmint.com or phone +64 9 3776837 between 9am-5pm NZT.

Gift Returns

 

If you would like to return product/s you received as a gift that was purchased on our website, you may exchange the product/s for another product of equal or higher value. If you select a product of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference in price.
