Processing Times

Standard New Zealand wide orders are processed within 48 hours of us receiving them. We require that your order is signed for on delivery; if no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will alternatively leave a calling card or the package at your specified delivery location. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

For overseas shipping allow up to 1 week.

Orders placed Monday- Friday will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
