Karl Lindridge

Mint Master
With more than 30 years in precious metals, bullion and commemorative coin manufacturing and as a master jeweller, Karl ensures New Zealand Mint jewellery and commemorative coin products exceed the highest international quality standards. Karl also oversees all production and in-house manufacturing.

Michael O'Kane

Head Bullion Trader
Having worked in banking and finance for much of his career, Mike has a strong knowledge of financial and bullion markets. As the senior member in the Bullion Exchange, Mike ensures front line service is accurate and of the highest quality. With extensive knowledge of gold markets, Mike is often called upon by the media to provide commentary on movements in the international gold market and in particular, how those movements affect New Zealand investors.

Mark Sutton

Director – European Operations
Based in Moscow, Mark has successfully led the company's success in the commemorative coin market in Eastern Europe. Responsible for design innovation and sales into key clients in Russia and Ukraine, Mark also provides design and production into other international markets.

Chris Kirkness

Vice President – USA Operations
With over 30 years business management experience across a broad range of industries and 4 year as the Sales & Marketing Manager for NZ Mint, Chris is responsible for developing the significant business opportunity of the USA market. Chris is focused on promoting innovatively designed and quality commemorative coins for collectors and the gift market in USA, including several licensed brands.

Martin Gage

Sales Director
With an extensive background in sales, marketing and analysis. Martin is responsible for growing the Commemorative Coins distribution network internationally, with a focus on Europe & Asia Pacific. Additionally, he is responsible for managing the jewellery division and effigy management for a number of International issuing authorities.

Kirsten Clark

Head of Marketing
With a background in law and marketing management, Kirsten is responsible for the marketing and communications of NZ Mint through supporting the development of the bullion, commemorative coins and jewellery divisions.
