Indeed, he often went to the Shire for respite from errands. So, he was the natural choice for the third coin in this series after the two Hobbits Frodo and Samwise.
Officially licensed, this 1oz pure silver coin shows Gandalf in his grey cloak and drooping hat and carrying his old wooden staff. The staff wasn’t just a magical weapon though; Gandalf also used it as if it were a walking stick!
The outer box is THE LORD OF THE RINGS themed and includes a large window so the precious prize inside can be easily displayed.
