Chibi® Coin Collection Star Wars™ Series – R2-D2™ 1oz Silver Coin

Our Star Wars™ Chibi® Coin series with the third coin in the collection featuring R2-D2™. As a fan-favourite droid, this one is sure to be popular!

A reliable and versatile astromech droid, R2-D2 has served Padmé Amidala™, Anakin Skywalker™, and Luke Skywalker™ in turn, showing great bravery in rescuing his masters and their friends from many perils. A skilled starship mechanic and fighter pilot's assistant, he has an unlikely but enduring friendship with the fussy protocol droid C-3PO™.

The coin is made from 1oz of pure silver that has been shaped and coloured. It is a legal tender coin, with the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II engraved on the opposite side. The coin is placed inside a specially designed case, moulded to the coin’s shape, for protection.

The outer box features more images of Artoo and a large window to allow for display of this precious collectible. A Certificate of Authenticity is printed on the box with the coin’s unique number in the mintage.

With only 2,000 of each coin being produced in our Chibi® Coin Collection, we think this one might be in high demand!
