He manipulated the political system of the Galactic Republic™ until he was named Supreme Chancellor -- and eventually Emperor – and ruled the galaxy through fear and tyranny. The galaxy rejoiced when he died at the Battle of Endor™, but Sidious had cheated death and patiently plotted a return to power.
This officially licensed coin has been shaped and coloured to resemble the Sith™ Lord as seen in the original trilogy. Some relief has been added to give a 3D look, further enhancing the design. Engraved on the obverse is the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll to confirm the coin as legal tender.
