When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your purchase at the time your order is received by the website. Please Note: Your order may show as 'unfulfilled' in your account until the item has been fulfilled/shipped (you will receive a notification confirming shipping once the item is out for delivery). If your order has not shipped within 8 days of purchase, please check the relevant product page, as there may be an associated shipping delay. How do I create an account?
You can create an account with us via this Register button and filling in the form with your details. Alternatively, you can create an account with us at checkout when placing your order.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
No. You can make a purchase without creating an account. However, if you do Register you’ll be able to view your transaction history, see order updates and save your address details for next time.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can reset your password easily via the "Forgotten password" link on the Log in page.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
The bottom of all New Zealand Mint emails will have an unsubscribe option that you can click through to remove yourself from our emails.
I don’t seem to be receiving my emails from you.
If you haven't received an email from us before, we may get pushed into your Spam folder the first time we email you as your email provider won't recognise us as a friend of yours. You'll just need to make us a safe sender via your address book to ensure we make it into your inbox.
