The latest Chibi / Popular Release should be on sale but I can't find it!
The interest in our Chibi™ Coin collection (and other series!) has been unprecedented resulting in some customers missing out.
A reminder that all coins are released at 10am Pacific/Auckland time on the day stated on the silhouettes, as seen here.
NOTE: PREMIUM NUMBER SELECTION Chibi Coins are only available on the Chibi Coin page on the day of release. *We recently fixed a known error where items on Collection pages such as 'Latest Releases' were not showing correctly at the time of release (popping in and out). You should now see new releases at 10am on the day as intended, if not please refresh your browser.
We do not recommend adding the silhouettes to your wishlist, as these are removed prior to release to make way for the new product and you will likely get an error if you try that link, or if you use the link from the reminder email sent the day before.
Note: The product is not sold out unless it cannot be seen on the Home page slider after the time it was supposed to be released. A link may also take you to a blog page stating the product is out of stock. Once the mintage has been sold, the item will appear on the Chibi Coin page with a 'Mintage Sold Out' sticker.
We also do not recommend waiting to receive the email to purchase on the day of release, as in many cases, the brands are selling out in minutes. A reminder email is sent the day before, but again, please head to the Homepage slider at 10am the day of release to make sure you don’t miss out.
The Chibi Coin collection page is another place to see new Chibi Coins once released, but, as this page updates differently, you may notice the product takes a few minutes to come into view. For this reason it’s best to head to the Home page slider at 10am.
Finally, please log in to your account prior to purchase, to ensure your delivery details are correct, you receive Collector Club credits, and to put you in the best position to complete your purchase and get the Chibi Coin you’re after!
While you're welcome to use PayPal, we recommend using Shop Pay or standard credit card to complete your purchase (you can enter your standard credit card details following the Shipping Information fields on the second page of the Cart). PayPal takes you away from the site to their payment gateway, which may slow your checkout process down when time is of the essence!
Can I change my order?

When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your purchase at the time your order is received by the website. Please Note: Your order may show as 'unfulfilled' in your account until the item has been fulfilled/shipped (you will receive a notification confirming shipping once the item is out for delivery). If your order has not shipped within 8 days of purchase, please check the relevant product page, as there may be an associated shipping delay. Or contact us at email@example.com for more.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account with us via this Register button and filling in the form with your details. Alternatively, you can create an account with us at checkout when placing your order.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
No. You can make a purchase without creating an account. However, if you do Register you’ll be able to view your transaction history, see order updates and save your address details for next time.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can reset your password easily via the "Forgotten password" link on the Log in page.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
The bottom of all New Zealand Mint emails will have an unsubscribe option that you can click through to remove yourself from our emails.
I don’t seem to be receiving my emails from you.
If you haven't received an email from us before, we may get pushed into your Spam folder the first time we email you as your email provider won't recognise us as a friend of yours. You'll just need to make us a safe sender via your address book to ensure we make it into your inbox.
WHAT IS COLLECTOR CLUB?
The Collector Club is New Zealand Mint’s loyalty program that allows you to earn points for doing the things you already do, like shopping and sharing. Then redeem them for Rewards. The Club is our way of saying thank you to our amazing collectibles community.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING COLLECTOR CLUB?
Upon joining, you will receive a welcome gift of 200 Collector Credits. You will then earn Credits for every item your purchase from nzmint.com. You can also earn additional Credits for referring a friend or raving about us on social media. From time to time, we may also offer our Collector Club members special offers and additional Collector Credit earning opportunities. You can convert your Collector Credits into Rewards.

HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE THROUGH COLLECTOR CLUB?
HOW DO I EARN COLLECTOR CREDITS?
You can start earning points from 12pm, 12 April, 2021 (Pacific/Auckland time) onwards. You can earn Collector Credits by logging in to your account and making qualifying purchases or taking qualifying actions. We may also provide additional Collector Credits for certain transactions and promotions. Some actions may require additional disclosures by you to qualify.
HOW MANY COLLECTOR CREDITS DO I EARN?
You earn 2 Collector Credits for every US$1 you spend at nzmint.com. For example, if you spend US$99 you will earn 198 Collector Credits.
IF I CHOOSE TO PAY IN NZ$, WILL I STILL GET MY COLLECTOR CREDITS?
Yes. We will automatically convert the amount to US$ and then add your Collector Credits.
HOW AND WHERE DO I REDEEM MY COLLECTOR CREDITS FOR REWARDS?
You can choose to redeem your Collector Credits for the Rewards outlined below:
100 Collector Credits = $1 discount (min 500 credits)
500 Collector Credits = $5 off
1000 Collector Credits = $10 off
1500 Collector Credits = $15 off
2000 Collector Credits = $20 off
In order to redeem Collector Credits for eligible Rewards you will need to be logged in to your account. Collector Credits used to redeem a Reward will be deducted from the total Collector Credits available in your account. Rewards can be redeemed against collectibles available on nzmint.com. You will be given the option to apply any Reward when you checkout. A Reward will expire if not used within 6 months.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY COLLECTOR CREDITS I CAN REDEEM AT ANY GIVEN TIME?
You are eligible to redeem your Collector Credits once you have 500 minimum, but you do not have to redeem right away. You can continue to accumulate more Credits, and therefore more discount, and redeem when you are ready.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY COLLECTOR CREDITS BALANCE AND REWARDS
Simply click on the launcher on the nzmint.com homepage, log into your account and you will be able to see how many Collector Credits you have earned. Navigate to the ‘Your Rewards’ section for information on your Rewards available.
WHEN WILL MY COLLECTOR CREDITS BE AVAILABLE?
Your Collector Credits should be added to your account following checkout. If you don’t see your Credits please follow the guideline provided below.
WHAT IF MY COLLECTOR CREDITS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?
If you have concerns that your Collector Credits were not properly applied to your account, you should send an email to: email@example.com and provide your name and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within forty-five (45) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to an account.
IF I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND, AND I USED MY COLLECTOR CREDITS TO HELP PAY FOR IT, WILL I GET MY CREDITS BACK?
Of course. Once we receive and verify the item at our Auckland premises, we will credit your account.
DO MY COLLECTOR CREDITS EXPIRE?
Collector Credits will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity, a period in which you earn no Collector Credits, make no qualifying purchases, or take no qualifying actions, and redeem no Collector Credits. We will always apply the oldest Credits first when you redeem a Reward.
HOW DO I TERMINATE/CANCEL MY COLLECTOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Collector Club, you may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with your account and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Collector Club. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.
If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Collector Credits you may have earned and/or any Rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Club. If you wish to return to the Collector Club after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Club again starting with no Collector Credits or available Rewards.
