FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS VIA FEDEX!*

All deliveries must be to a physical residential or business address. 

Unfortunately, FedEx International (and their delivery partners) do not deliver to the following:

  • Post office boxes (P.O. boxes)
  • Military bases
  • Parcel lockers (subject to country. Please submit a support request before ordering if you have any queries).

A signature on delivery is required

  • Please include a working daytime telephone number and full name so we can contact you regarding delivery if needed
  • Please add any C/- Information in the 'Company' field at checkout
  • All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand during normal business hours, Monday-Friday only.

Shipping zone restrictions set by the brand owners may apply to some countries.

In the unlikely event of a delay with your order, you will be contacted by email regarding your expected delivery time. Any delays will also be posted here.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Our Refund policy applies to all completed web orders. 
  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes, documents, forms, and customs clearances levied by your country or other overseas authorities once your order reaches your country. These charges are not included in the price and are not the responsibility of New Zealand Mint.
  • You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, requirements, restrictions and fees. Learn more about 'de minimus' ordering thresholds
  • U.S. citizens who purchase (import) internet-purchased goods into the U.S. over USD$800.00 may be subject to a formal customs entry. You will need to complete a CBP 5106 importer form to receive your goods. This is a U.S. government requirement. Please provide this information to your nearest FedEx outlet once contacted by customs to avoid the items returning to us.

Express Delivery Exclusions:

  • FedEx Express delivery timeframe is based on orders placed before 3pm (New Zealand time). For orders placed after 3pm please allow an additional day for delivery.
  • FedEx Express delivery is not available on public holidays.

 

FREE DELIVERY IN NEW ZEALAND VIA NZ POST!*

New Zealand-based orders will be shipped via NZ Post.

  • A signature on delivery is required
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your goods
  • A dispatch notification will be sent to the email supplied. Please check your spam inbox if you do not receive a notification.
  • NZ Post delivery is available to most locations throughout New Zealand, however, customers on a New Zealand Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • These timeframes are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item or all of the items in your order are no longer available, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and offer alternative products if applicable.
  • If any issues arise that mean we are unable to meet these timeframes i.e. COVID-19 related delays, we will let you know as soon as possible via email. 
  • If you fail to receive your parcel within 14 days of dispatch within please notify us as soon as possible.
