Can I change my order? 

Prior to shipping, if you would like to add to your order, or change for any reason please contact us at coins@newzealandmint.com 

When will I be charged? 

You will be charged for your purchase at the time of processing your order on the website. 

I have received an incorrect, incomplete or faulty item.

Your Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account with us by signing up via the Register button on our homepage (at the top) and filling in the form with your details. Alternatively, you can create an account with us at checkout when placing your order.

Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
You can make a purchase without creating an account with us, however if you do register you’ll be able to view your transaction history, see order updates and save your address details for next time.

What do I do if I forget my password?
You can reset your password easily via the “Forgotten password” button on the Login screen (found in the Login dropdown box).

How can I change my name, email address or password? 
You can change any of your account details by signing in via the Sign In page found at the top left hand corner of the homepage.

Are my credit or debit card details saved? 
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) to process online transactions. DPS is also certified AIS and PCI Level 1 compliant. New Zealand Mint Limited does not store your card details.

Is my personal data safe if I create an account? 
Your privacy is very important to New Zealand Mint. With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of similar organizations.  For more information please read our Privacy Policy.

How can I write a product review? 
We love to hear your feedback, and you can place a review easily on each coin product page.

How do I sign-up for your newsletter?
Join up to receive emails from us on new release coins, our latest news, and exclusive offers. You can do so by completing the Sign Up here section at the base of each page, by completing your details in the Register section, or by creating an account at the checkout.

How can I unsubscribe from emails? 
The top of all New Zealand Mint emails will have an unsubscribe option that you can click through to remove yourself from our emails. We’ll be sorry to see you go, and if you change your mind you can re-subscribe at any time by logging into the website and updating your details.

I don’t seem to be receiving my emails from you.
If you haven’t received an email from us before, we may get pushed into your Spam folder the first time we email you as your email provider won’t recognise us as a friend of yours. You’ll just need to make us a safe sender via your address book to ensure we make it into your inbox.
