We never quite know if a product is going to sell out, so we order part of a mintage for a first release. So, for popular collectibles that sell faster than expected, you may see a “Temporarily Out” notice while we wait for more stock to arrive. If the mintage is exhausted, you will see a “Sold Out” notice.
Does reordering change the mintage amount?
Even when we restock our most sought-after collectibles, the limited-edition status always remains the same. For example, for a coin with a mintage of 2,000, we may order 1,000 for the initial release and then another 1,000 for the restock – the mintage always remains fixed.
