Our Faces of the Empire™ Collection continues with a sixth coin, and this time it’s the turn of the elite Imperial soldier, the Death Trooper™.
We got a first look at these troopers in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story™. Imperial Director Orson Krennic™ arrived on the planet Lah'mu™ with a squad of his Death Troopers and forcibly recruited scientist Galen Erso™ to complete work on creating the Death Star. Each Death Trooper was encased in specialized Stormtrooper armor with a dark, ominous gleam - like no trooper seen before.
These unique pure silver coins follow the shape and colour of the Death Trooper’s helmet. The design includes light relief to give a 3D sense to the helmet...and naturally the black gleams! The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II can be seen on the obverse of the coin confirming it as legal tender.
The coin arrives packaged inside a compact and modern Star Wars™ branded case, incorporating a large window – ready to go straight on display! A Certificate of Authenticity is provided on the case along with the coin’s unique number in the limited 10,000 mintage and confirmation that is made from 1oz of pure silver.
