These pure silver coins will have you reminiscing on the many fun and mischievous moments between the beloved Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck!
The 1oz coin shows Donald Duck in colour posing in his iconic sailor shirt and cap, with his signature engraved and frosted beside. This design pays homage to our first-ever Disney coin series 10 years ago! An engraved film scroll runs along the bottom and the entire background has a beautiful mirror-finish, polishing off the coin just nicely.
The 3oz coin has a grand diameter of 60mm so we could fit the pair on it together! Both Mickey and Donald are shown in colour wearing their classic get-up and sharing a fist bump. Behind them runs a film roll displaying some of their fun times – we’d need a much larger coin to fit all of them! Engraved and frosted below are some lovely motifs and the mirrored background accentuates the fine silver.
Both are officially licensed and legal tender, with the Public Seal of Niue stamped on the obverse. The worldwide mintages are limited – 5,000 for the 1oz and just 1,000 for the 3oz. A high-quality, themed box complements each coin and is lined with luxe velvet. Printed on the back is a Certificate of Authenticity and each coin’s unique serial number.
