BizSpot is New Zealand Mint’s beta membership programme for approved small volume dealers in U.S.A and Canada to purchase discounted bulk collectibles with free Fedex shipping from our online store.
Once registered, you’ll gain access to an exclusive portal on New Zealand Mint’s website gaining access to discounts whilst being able to add items to your cart and checkout as normal.

BizSpot Membership Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using BizSpot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. BizSpot is currently available to residents of U.S.A and Canada only.
BizSpot Application
All applications submitted will be evaluated. If successful, you will receive an email from New Zealand Mint confirming your BizSpot account creation. Please add mailer@shopify.com and support@newzealandmint.com to your email address book to ensure you receive your log in code and/or membership communications.
Acceptance to the beta program is open-ended and will auto-extend once the trial is over unless otherwise communicated.
By applying to BizSpot, all members agree to receive email and SMS marketing communications by default. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Multiple Members & Business Locations:
Initially, you may register your business and designate one main contact. After registration, you can ask us to expand your team by adding additional members who can handle and submit orders.
If you operate multiple stores within your network, you can ask us to register further business locations. However, each business location can have only one designated admin, responsible for updating billing/shipping addresses and overseeing all orders for that specific location.

Using BizSpot:
To access BizSpot you will log in from the nzmint.com website using the BizSpot portal here. You will be sent a one-time log in code to the email address provided at registration.
Note: you will be sent a new log in code if you have logged out of your account or device.
Once logged in, you can view your order history and account information. Note: you cannot change the first name or last name of your BizSpot main contact once created. If you need to change the name, you will need to create a new account.
Access to BizSpot discounted pricing will be through this portal only.
We reserve the right to withdraw the program, and any discounts offered, at any time.
If we decide to amend and/or end the BizSpot program, all members will be notified via email.
Payment:
Payment can be made through our website checkout via PayPal, and standard credit card, only.
Note: all PayPal transactions will be invoiced in USD. Shop Pay is not available for BizSpot transactions.
All transactions are subject to the standard payment gateway checks and acceptance.
Order Limits:
A minimum order of units per collectible may apply, with a maximum of 20 units. If a minimum or maximum is applicable, a notice will display when you add items to your cart. We reserve the right to change unit volumes on any collectible at any time.
There is a maximum of 500-line items per order. There is no limit to the amount of different items you may purchase, however, subject to credit card approval.
Customs Limits:
Please check your local border authorities for any applicable duties, taxes, de minimis thresholds, or form requirements before placing any large orders for .999 silver, and .9999 gold items as these vary country-to-country.
Note: The U.S. require a CPB 5106 importers form to be completed if your order exceeds USD$800.00 before you can take possession of any goods. Once you have completed your import identification you should not have to submit this again. You can learn more about these requirements here.
Items:
We reserve the right to withdraw any collectibles from the program as we see fit. Some collectibles may not be eligible for BizSpot discounted pricing.
Pricing:
The pricing of eligible BizSpot collectibles will differ from our usual RRP. If the discounted pricing is not visible once logged into your portal, or your ‘Order Summary’ does not look as expected after adding items to your cart, please contact us prior to checking out. We cannot amend order totals after purchase, or refund items for change of mind reasons. See our Refund Policy for more.
Discounts or Offers:
If you choose to log in to BizSpot, you are not eligible to earn Collector Credits. You may not use any other discount codes. You may however accept any checkout offers.
Please contact us prior to checking out if any discounts do not appear in the ‘Order Summary’ as expected. We cannot amend totals once an order has been marked ‘paid’.
Returns or Refunds:
Please read our Refund Policy thoroughly before applying for a BizSpot membership.
If your items do not arrive in the expected condition, please submit a support enquiry (including photos) detailing any concerns within 30 days. Once a return has been accepted, we will arrange collection and replacement of any damaged items.
Termination from BizSpot:
Any abusive or bad behaviour regarding ordering (or other) will not be tolerated and will result in instant expulsion from the program. Your account may be blocked indefinitely.
