New Zealand Mint deliveries must be to a physical residential or business address, unfortunately, our carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please include a day time telephone number with your delivery details in case we need to contact you. All orders are sent from New Zealand Mint during normal New Zealand business hours.

New Zealand Mint reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. NZ Mint reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.

You may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearances levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country. Incorrect Customer Information

NZ Mint is not responsible for any customer input errors and/or typographical errors in your name or address when you enter it in the shopping cart or on your mail order form.

The customer is responsible for verifying all information is correct before submitting an order. When you receive your automatically generated email invoice (this is generated when you submit your order), be sure you read it and if you find any errors, contact us immediately by replying to the return address in the email.

We use the address you give us when you place your order. This shows up on the delivery details of your invoice if the address is different from the customer's address. We verify that the address given on your order matches the address on the shipping label before printing the shipping label and affixing it on your package.

If you have a typographical error, such as a wrong house number, apartment number, street name, and the like and do not contact us before your order is shipped, NZ Mint cannot be held responsible if your order is shipped with the incorrect information on the shipping label and you do not receive the package. We have no way of knowing a name/address is incorrect due to such an error, neither does the Postal Service of your country.

NZ Mint will endeavour in all cases to have returned any shipment that is not delivered, but if this is not possible the responsibility and onus remains with the purchaser.

If for any reason an order is returned to us with an incorrect address, customers are responsible for paying the postage costs to send it to the correct address once we receive it back. If we receive your order back as undeliverable, we will verify the address you gave us is on the shipping label and you will be contacted via email. Payment for the postage to resend the package to you will be due within seven days of sending the email. No refunds will be given if this occurs.

Returns

New Zealand Mint is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. We hope you will like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know by submitting an enquiry here.

New Zealand Mint trades under the regulation of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

The act states that goods must be of acceptable quality and match the description that we have given you.  New Zealand Mint will repair, exchange or refund the original purchase price, any faulty or damaged goods that have been purchased online through our website, where the fault or damage is articulated within 14 days of receipt of the order.

In the case of returns, please complete the returns form that came with your order or submit an enquiry here so we can assess and arrange a replacement/refund if necessary. A photo will be required for assessment in either case.

If your item returns to us due to non-delivery, delivery refusal or failure to provide required import documents we reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from any refund owing.

Please make your product selection carefully. In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, New Zealand Mint is not obliged to refund for Change of Mind purchases. Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund where you have changed your mind, your circumstances change, or you subsequently find a cheaper price elsewhere. All website sales are final.
